Ms Jada Fraser works as a Policy Research Fellow for the Edwin O. Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS where she focuses on Indo-Pacific regional security. Prior to joining the Reischauer Center, Jada worked as a research assistant with the Japan Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. At CSIS, her research focused on US alliance management in the Indo-Pacific and she published articles on US-Japan-ROK trilateral cooperation and Japan’s Covid-19 response. Jada is a Pacific Forum Young Leader and a member of Pacific Forum’s inaugural cohort of the US-Japan Next Generation Leaders initiative, for which she has a forthcoming article on US-Japan-ROK trilateral security cooperation. Her work has been published by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, CSIS, and Sea State News. Jada will begin graduate school in the Fall of 2022 and will be pursuing her Master’s in Asian Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
